Parent Notifications

Under the No Child Left Behind Act, districts using Title III funds must provide information to parents about their child's participation in a language instruction educational program. "Such notice must be provided not later than 30 days after the beginning of the school year. For a child who enters school after the beginning of the school year, the district must inform parents within two weeks of the child's placement in such a program." The following table offers links to each state's Title III notification information.
